She loved it

I am editing my review after being assisted by a member of the BHVR support team. They were tremendously helpful in trying to resolve my dissatisfaction with the product, however it boils down to the manufacturer incorrectly measuring the product. The team sent me a size up replacement which is a better fit, mind you I wear a XL normally, this is a 4XL and is still snug. The issue is the manufacturer is measuring the chest both front and back, which is why it shows as 52 inches (is actually 26). The industry standard is to measure only the front or the back when listing the chest measurements, so on paper it seems like it would be a large and loose fit, it is actually half of what is listed on the sizing chart. Keep this in mind when shopping to curve your expectations.

The Fabric is very shiny and the Hoodie is a little bit different than its counterpart in the Game. (Mainly the Ears and the end of the sleeves) Also its a little bit thin. I still like it very much but i just wish the Fabric was of a little higher quality in regards to the feel and thickness of it.

Price, time and quality of delivery makes me shure: never by again anything from US!

Overall quite happy with this, it looks accurate (though I’d highly recommend getting a size larger as it’s not cut like in game) except for the material being much shinier and thinner.
The ears are the worst part of it, as they flop around and are just two layers of fabric. They’re easy to open up, stuff with some cotton, and stitch back up and doing so makes a huge difference.
