All return and/or exchange requests for orders delivered in Canada or the US must be filed within 30 days of receipt of the order by emailing us at email@example.com.
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and product details to inquire about a refund or exchange.
Before submitting a refund/exchange request, please ensure your order meets the refund/exchange criteria listed below:
- Your order has been delivered in Canada or the US
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, booklets and labels.
- Clothing and accessories should be unwashed, unworn, devoid of imperfections (i.e. dirt or animal hair) and not modified in any way.
We Cannot Accept Returns on Items not in their Original Condition.
Toys, games and apparel should also be returned in their original packaging, unused and unmodified. Sealed collectibles become ineligible for return once opened.
We cannot accept returns/exchanges of:
- Any product(s) not in its original condition
- Any product(s) that is damaged, played or is missing parts
- Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete
We cannot accept returns for products that do not meet the return criteria listed above. Please make sure to reach out to us at email@example.com before returning your item(s).
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged in accordance with our policy. Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced, other than for the reasons detailed in our FAQ FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
Please note, customer service reserves the right to apply a restocking fee if the item is received incomplete or in bad condition. This fee would be deducted from the refund amount.
All sales made during in-person events, including but not limited to, pop-up stores, conventions and trade shows, are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to your original methods of payment and in the original currency of purchase.
Our team will determine if a refund or replacement may be offered in accordance with our policy and our Terms of Service, being understood that all decisions shall be made at our sole discretion.
