Where we ship?

We ship to most countries, including: Australia, Canada, EU countries, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Indonesia, Isle of Man, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

If your country isn’t listed, we may be unable to ship due to carrier or import restrictions.

 

Processing & Delivery Times :

 

  • United States & Canada :

    • Orders ship Monday–Friday, typically within 1-2 business days .
    • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
    • Estimated delivery: 2-10 business days after shipping depending your shipping address.
    • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. 
    • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, etc.).
    • If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days, contact us at merchsupport@bhvr.com.
    • We can ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. Delivery may take 2–4 weeks. Please use the correct APO/FPO format when entering your address.
    •  Customs duties/taxes may apply for cross-border shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

  • United Kingdom & European Union :

    • Orders ship Monday–Friday, typically within 1-3 business days .
    • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

    • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, etc.).

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away at merchsupport@bhvr.com with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
